The G500 earned EASA certification on 11 October 2019 and is in service in North America, Brazil, the Middle East and Europe.

The G500 can travel 4,400 nautical miles (8,149km) at Mach 0.90 and 5,200nautical miles (9,630km) at Mach 0.85. Its Symmetry Flight Deck features electronically linked active control sidesticks, extensive use of touchscreen technology and a data concentration network, all of which are designed to streamline operations and reduce pilot workload.
The G500 cabin offers 100% fresh air, 14 panoramic windows, a low cabin altitude and “whisper-quiet” sound levels.
