Gulfstream customers can now meet with Gulfstream sales executives and interior designers at a new sales and design center in Midtown Manhattan in New York City.
The facility is nearly 8,500ft² (790m²) in size and is equipped with digital tools as well as thousands of material samples – all intended to help customers personalize their jets.
“At Gulfstream, we continuously strive to elevate the customer experience,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream.
“Establishing a customer-focused space in New York City, an international business hub, complements our significant worldwide footprint and better positions us to support our customers in Manhattan, whether they are based in the region or visiting from around the world.”
High-tech tools include a power wall nearly 20ft (6m) tall, which can be used for digital design and layout selection. Real-time seat configurators are used along with a physical seating display, so customers can try out seat architecture and comfort options. There is also an external paint configurator, and the facility enables wireless streaming of Gulfstream mobile applications, along with video conferencing.
Other Gulfstream sales and design centers are located in Savannah, Georgia, USA; Dallas, Texas; Long Beach, California; and London, UK.
