A new Embraer Phenom 300 with a nine-seat layout has joined FlairJet’s managed charter fleet. The aircraft features a forward two-seat divan, a four-place club arrangement and two individual seats. Embraer partnered with BMW Group DesignworksUSA for the light jet’s interior. FlairJet believes this is the only nine-seat Phenom 300 available for commercial charter in Europe.
To start with, the aircraft will be based at Florence Airport, Peretola, Italy. It will move to Ibiza later in 2015.
FlairJet is Marshall Aviation Services’ management charter business. Its fleet also includes two Embraer Phenom 100s, a Beechcraft King Air 350i, a Cessna Citation Mustang, a Cessna Citation Bravo and a Citation XLS. Marshall Aviation Services has added five aircraft to its fleet over the past 19 months. The company has bases at four UK airports – London Oxford, Cambridge, London Luton and Birmingham.
“We are one of the most experienced operators of Phenom aircraft in Europe,” said David Fletcher, managing director of FlairJet. “In our experience, this aircraft is going to be popular among business and leisure clients looking for convenience, flexibility and privacy. It is very fuel-efficient and has a range of nearly 2,000 nautical miles, reaching destinations such as Istanbul, Rome and Moscow.”
