Training Solutions has taken on its 50th client from the business aviation industry. The Switzerland-based company offers training for VIP cabin crew.
“When I started in September 2017, two weeks before the financial crisis, with one leading European business aviation company as a client, I would have never thought that almost 12 years later, 50 private jet clients would trust us to educate their VIP cabin crew in customer service excellence and soft skills,” said Dietmar Duller, founder and course leader at Training Solutions. “Our training courses are about attention to detail, confidence and providing the course participants with new ideas. All of these skills are appreciated as they help to make a challenging and sometimes demanding job a little easier and help them to work more efficiently.”
Training Solutions conducts a monthly training course in Geneva, in-house training courses and recruitment services.
