Training Solutions is offering a new one-day training course that aims to support commercial cabin crew looking to move into the VIP sector. The course is called ‘From Commercial to VIP Cabin Crew’, and like all courses offered by the Swiss company, will be conducted by Dietmar Duller, founder and course leader.
Over the last 10 years, the company has observed that many commercial flight attendant participants would like to learn about salary options, working rosters, business aviation companies and their differences, types of contracts (local or offshore), range of per diems and freelance work, among many other details.
The company’s clients include more than 50 business aviation companies in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa – which it says enables it to answer all the flight attendants’ questions and prepare them for the next stage, which normally involves interviews, face-to-face meetings, and test flights on private jets. “We want to give them as much confidence as possible before they enter any interviews,” says Duller.
Training Solutions says that by 2019 it will have conducted its 200th VIP flight attendant training course – it has already provided training to 1,300 flight attendants.
