MRO specialist FL Technics welcomed a new head of human resources on 11 August 2022 – Edita Jakucionyte-Lukse.
With more than 20 years of personnel management experience, Jakucionyte-Lukse will be responsible for the company’s personnel management strategy, implementation and development support decisions.
Before joining FL Technics, Jakucionyte-Lukse held the positions of head of people and culture at UAB Palink, head of human resources and communication at AB Grigeo Group, and head of human resources at ABB T&D in the UAE.
Jakucionyte-Lukse obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration at the Kaunas University of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration at ISM University and BI Norwegian Business School.
