Gulfstream has presented a Supplier of the Year Award to Jet Aviation Staffing in recognition of its dedication to customer service.
Bill Williams, vice president of supply chain production and completions at Gulfstream, made the award at Gulfstream’s Operators & Suppliers Conference in Savannah, Georgia, USA, on June 4, 2018.
“Delivering exceptional customer service is always our primary goal and we’re proud to have Gulfstream recognize our performance and dedication to serving their needs,” said Elaine Lapotosky, director of operations at Jet Aviation Staffing. “This award is recognition of our entire team’s support of the Gulfstream account at all times and for all needs and services.”
“This honor is only given to a few key partners in Gulfstream’s GAC supply chain,” said Nathan Ross, director of technical services. “This is a great accomplishment for the team that recognizes the top level of support for our partner and sister company.”
Jet Aviation provides technical staffing services for Gulfstream’s service center and flight and cabin crew for its internal flight department. The company also supports Gulfstream’s Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program, to provide maintenance support for Gulfstream mission aircraft, and its Cabin System Specialist (CSS) program, which provides training for new owners and crew of Gulfstream aircraft.
