In an effort to recruit experienced and up-and-coming talent for its “rapidly growing” MRO network, West Star Aviation is attending several upcoming career fairs. It will attend fairs at the National Aviation Academy in Florida (September 27, 2018), Spartan College of Aeronautics in Denver, Colorado (September 28, 2018) and Utah State University (October 4, 2018).
The company is recruiting talent for its nine US facilities, and for affiliate companies Avant Aerospace, Dallas Aeronautical Services and MSP Aero. Qualified candidates will be interviewed on-site.
“We have grown tremendously in 2018 and that growth has led to a need for top-notch technicians to join the West Star family,” said Katie Johnson, vice president of human resources. “West Star provides a platform for employees to work at a number one MRO and develop their craft while also deciding on a specialty.”
