SD’s certified cabin crew training course, aeroCNCT, will be a part of FlightSafety International’s training program by the end of 2017.
The two-day course is designed to enable crew members to tackle application and connectivity problems on personal devices. Other topics include internet and connectivity familiarization, network basics, flight operation preparation, data management fundamentals, use of applications and troubleshooting tips.
The course will be delivered by FlightSafety instructors, supported by SD. If they pass the final exam, participants achieve a professional credential that is valid for three years.
The exam was developed with CompTIA and can be taken at some FlightSafety facilities, PearsonVUE testing centers or at SD’s headquarters in Melbourne, Florida. The certification can be renewed via online or classroom training.
