Training Solutions has reached another milestone – as it conducts its in-house VIP flight attendant training in its 15th country. Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Chad and Finland are among the 15 countries in which Training Solutions has already conducted these courses.
“Service styles, table settings, beverage service and expectations vary greatly between Russian, European, Central African, Middle Eastern and Chinese clients,” said Dietmar Duller, founder of Training Solutions, who personally conducts every training course.
The company says food safety, the protection of corporate identity and the dangers of social media have become important training topics.
The courses last two to four days, and are conducted seven days a week, around the world. Each training course is tailored to clients’ needs. Customers not only include companies with more than 50 corporate flight attendants, but also private owners with only a few cabin crew.
Since 2007, Training Solutions has welcomed 950 VIP flight attendants from 55 countries to more than 140 training courses. Training Solutions also offers monthly training courses in Geneva, Switzerland.
