Switzerland-based VIP cabin attendant training education specialist Training Solutions recently welcomed the 1100th cabin attendant to undertake its VIP cabin crew course in Geneva.
The courses have been offered on a monthly basis since 2007, welcoming both commercial flight attendants who wish to work on private jets and experienced VIP cabin crew who wish to improve their knowledge and learn the latest trends. Many business aviation companies send individuals when they start their career in the sector.
The two-day courses are hands-on and conducted in small groups. They cover customer service excellence and soft skills, and are delivered by Dietmar Duller, the company’s founder and course leader.
