A new double-hinge headrest has been created by HAECO Cabin Solutions to support the head and neck better than static and articulating headrests. The patent-pending Arc design consists of a five-segment, articulating-joint cushion system. The company says this reduces head movement. Tilt and height are adjustable.
The headrest is available as part of HAECO’s Vector seating platform or for retrofit on existing seats.
“The Arc headrest is the culmination of HAECO’s airframe and cabin interior heritage,” said Mark Peterman, president of HAECO Cabin Solutions. “It offers consummate simplicity of integration and maintenance along with being easy to purchase, install and maintain.”
